India Bound

Ahead of me I have a trip to the sub-continent and the chance of a lifetime. On the blessed occasion of my good friends’ happy nuptuals, I’ve finally got the means and excuse to visit the land long at the heart of my adoration, Hindustan or as we call it in English, India. From the music to the movies to college classes to the cuisine, India has long been high on my list of travel destinations and I’ll be sure to make the most of it.
I’ll be setting off for the first part of the adventure with good friend Mr. Jon K (who will already be in the country for another wedding). We’ve put together a solid and hectic itinerary, criss-crossing the country for three and a half weeks of fun before meeting up with the wedding party down in Kerala in late December. From there, it’ll be some slower-paced travel and wedding celebrations as we meet up with the large delegation coming from the States, but if all goes well, I should end up in Bombay living out some Bollywood dreams come January.
